The LSSU Support Staff Award was established in 1999, through the efforts of the LSSU maintenance staff with the full support of the Educational Support Staff President and Executive Board. The purpose of this award is to provide financial assistance to qualified applicants of participating LSSU Educational Support employees and retirees. Successful candidates may be a student majoring in any degree program who has earned a minimum 2.0 GPA. Selection is based on an application/essay and a recommendation of the LSSU Support Staff Executive Committee.
