hospiceThis scholarship was established by the Hospice of the EUP, a non-profit organization formed in 1983. The first Medicare certified program in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Hospice of the EUP provides patient care programs – hospice (care for the terminally ill and Bridging (care for the chronically ill).  Successful candidates must be an incoming freshman who is pursuing a degree in nursing with an interest in the Hospice philosophy. They must successfully complete the Health Sciences program at the Sault Area Career Center with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
